The Chinese knot is beautiful at the head of the beads. These are just the right size to use as a prayer or a worry bead.
We can coil ours 4 times around our wrists (as shown in the photos) comfortably. If you wear bracelets that are more than 9-10", you might wrap these just 3 times or wear them as a necklace instead if that's the case.
